Greg has more than 30 years of financial and commercial experience, having been involved in running businesses in contract cleaning, leisure, restaurant, property, and toy distribution. He is also presently on the board of Early Equity PLC quoted on Aquis Growth Market and a number of private limited companies. Greg brings to the board of Conduity Capital substantial UK corporate finance experience. The company benefits from Greg’s extensive network in the London capital markets and his experience as a director of many quoted companies.
Jana Zdravecka
Non-Executive Director
Jana has over 12 years of experience in international banking and financial services. She is qualified as a chartered certified accountant (ACCA). She is currently working in Infinox Limited as an Executive Manager. She has worked in London Capital Group Limited as an Executive Director and CEO and also as Head of Compliance and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO). She was on the Board of Directors. Her previous roles were with the banks such HSBC and JP Morgan in various roles from regulatory reporting to operational change delivery.

Shares in Issue: 163,084,911 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 pence each (“Ordinary Shares”), each share having equal voting rights.
No securities are held as treasury shares.
The percentage of the Company’s issued share capital that is not in public hands is 13.93%.
There are no restrictions on the transfer of shares.
